My name is Kieran Lay, a 23-year-old proud resident of Moorends, standing as your Reform UK candidate for Thorne-Moorends Ward in Doncaster. Having grown up in this tight-knit community, I understand the challenges we face and the opportunities we can seize to make our area thrive. As your City Councillor, I’m dedicated to preserving our green spaces, revitalizing our local economy, and empowering our residents to shape a brighter future for Thorne-Moorends.
I’m committed to protecting our natural heritage through the creation of the “Moore District,” a visionary project to safeguard the greenlands, moors, canals, and farmland in east Doncaster. This initiative will preserve our environment for future generations while opening doors to sustainable economic growth.
By fostering science and tech industries, such as environmental technology and agricultural innovation, the “Moore District” will bring new opportunities for employment, training, and local business growth, all while ensuring our green spaces remain untouched.
